OVERVIEW
The VICTORY TEAM PLAYER PLACEMENT SESSIONS will be an exciting chance to learn about Victory, our club philosophy, and what to expect in the coming year as a Victory member. Because every player is unique and will thrive most effectively on a team which best fits him/her according to his/her talent, physical abilities, and experience, we seek to provide as warm and positive environment as possible for players so that the coaching staff can properly observe, assess, and place them on to teams where they will thrive, enjoy, and grow in the beautiful game.
GOALS

To provide an opportunity for new prospective players to learn about Victory and potentially join one of our pre-competitive or competitive teams for the upcoming season.

To identify and accurately place players appropriately on one of the Victory teams based on age, ability, character, and team chemistry.

To continue growing Victory into a strong powerhouse in the Colorado soccer landscape.

Ages 6-11: 5:00-6:30 PM (Please arrive by 4:45 for in-person check-in and a sharp start at 5:00 PM)

Ages 12-19: 6:30-8:00 PM (Please arrive by 6:15 for in person check-in and a sharp start at 6:30 PM)

Expectations:

Training groups in general will be formed based on gender and age depending on numbers.

The training sessions will consist of small group technical training, small sided competition (3v3 or 4v4), and a large match (Game size will be determined by the numbers at training) in order to effectively observe and assess every player in various game-related situations.

Attend BOTH try-out dates if possible to provide as much opportunity for coaches to assess all of the players.
