Victory FC is partnering with Colorado Christian Academy in Littleton, Colorado, to bring our fun and exciting recreational soccer program, JR. VICTORY (Click for program info) to its students and children from the community. 

BASIC INFORMATION

SOCCER OPTIONS AND FEES:

  • Program Registration Fee (1x Training & 1x Saturday game per week for the entire season)

  • One-Time Annual 2023 Victory Membership fee = $20 
    • Note: Covers annual liability and other related one-time equipment and game uniform costs. This cost is NOT included in the registration fee as these are all 1x per year expenses that the club pays to the liability and equipment companies, and we want to keep costs down as much as possible for those who play in the spring and fall.  Once this is paid the first time a player registers for any program in 2023, it does NOT need to be paid again for the remainder of the calendar year for any future program.
  • Pre-Competitive VICTORY ACADEMY Training and Competition Add-On
    • If your child loves soccer, then your kiddo will love the VICTORY ACADEMY
    • Includes 1x per week of training on top of his/her normal school team training plus approximately 2x-3x competitive matches against local similar age competitive teams.   
    • The goal is to enable your child to reach his/her fullest potential in the game with Victory’s top and most experienced coaches, as well as prepare him/her to potentially play at a higher and more competitive level in the future in the competitive leagues in Colorado and beyond.  
    • Cost: $100

  1. VICTORY CHARACTER CARDS: The Victory Character Cards are an integral part of Victory’s Character Development Program and are used throughout the season for all of our programs, ages 4-12 years old.  They work as a visual guide for and serve as the backbone of our club ethos and values that we trust and expect every member of our entire Victory family (coaches, players, and parents) to understand, memorize, and apply to their soccer experience both on and off the field. For those young players who are just learning to read, we strongly encourage parents to work with their children to learn and memorize the cards when they would not be able to otherwise.     
  2. RETURNING PLAYERS: If you are a returning player and already have the below uniform items and character cards, you do NOT need to purchase anything that you already own (same uniform as in past seasons).  However, if you’d like to replace any of the items your child has lost or has outgrown, then you may do so during registration or by email at any time during the season.
  3. GAME JERSEYS: Victory FC & Academy will provide each player’s competition game jersey, which he/she will use on Saturdays. It will be loaned out at the beginning of the season and then returned at the end of the season.  NOTE: THE FEE FOR A NON-RETURNED-GAME JERSEY AT THE END OF THE SEASON IS $20. If you own your own game jersey from a previous season, you are free to wear it if you’d like (on the basis that you are on the same team as in the previous season).

Aspen Academy and Victory FC are excited to offer our exciting soccer program, LITTLE VICTORY. This program is for little “tikes,” year born 2017-2018, who are just getting rolling in the game. Victory FC  is partnering with Colorado Rush Soccer Club, the largest youth club in the world based in Littleton, CO, to offer our Victory players the opportunity to continue playing together in competitive soccer through our Victory Rush program (Click for general program info), to its students and children from the community.  All teams play against other competitive youth clubs in the CSA (Colorado Soccer Association) Front Range or Advanced Competitive Leagues under the banner of “Victory Rush.”

BASIC INFORMATION 

  • PLAYER AGE/GENDER: We will be offering the following competitive teams in the 2022-2023 school year:
    • Boys 2012/2013
    • Girls 2012/2013
  • FALL – SPRING PROGRAM DETAILS
    • DATES: August 1, 2022 – June 24, 2023
    • PRESEASON CAMP: Brazilian Soccer & Futsal Camp, August 1-5 (Highly Recommended)
    • FALL 2022 LEAGUE COMPETITION DATES:  
      • First Saturday League Competition Day: Saturday, September 10, 2022
      • Last Saturday League Competition Day: November 13, 2022 
    • TRAINING SCHEDULE: 
      • 2x PER WEEK
      • Fall Dates: August 8-November 19, 2022
      • Winter Dates: December 5, 2022 – February 28, 2023
      • Spring Dates: March 1 through the tournament first or second week of June, 2023

PROGRAM COSTS

PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE OPTIONS: 

               1. Pay MONTHLY with seasonal commitment ($100 per month)  

        • Fall (4 Months: August-November): $400
        • Winter (3 Months: December-February): $300
        • Spring (4 Months: March 1 through Late Spring Tournament in 1st or 2nd week of June): $400 **** Cost includes tournament fee
    • Note: Monthly Auto-Payments are set-up in which the first and last month are paid for during registration, and all remaining credit card payments are taken out automatically on the first of each month.  All monthly-payment players are responsible for paying for the entire season regardless of withdrawal date. Please see Financial Policy Page for details. 

               2.  Pay PER SEASON with NO year-round commitment (Average of $95 per month)

        • Fall (4 Months: August-November): $395
        • Winter (3 Months: December-February): $255
        • Spring (4 Months: March 1 through Late Spring Tournament in 1st or 2nd week of June): $395 **** Cost includes tournament fee

                3.  Pay FOR ENTIRE 2022/2023 SEASON, WITH YEAR-LONG COMMITMENT (2 Options):

        • Total = $990 (Average of $90/month; Payments of $330 made 3x per year (By July 15, 2022, November 15, 2022, February 15, 2023)
        • OR Up Front Total Payment Of $900 (Average of $82/month)

Player Registration Clarification Policies: 

    1. Registration Duration: If a player registers with a Victory Rush team, he/she signs-up for a GIVEN SEASON OR AN ENTIRE YEAR with the team, NOT on a month-by-month basis even though payment plans do allow for monthly payments to ease a family’s financial burden.  The cost of an entire season is due if a player signs up for a given season.
    2. Changes in Payment Plan: If a player has paid up front or is on the seasonal payment plan for the entire 2022-2023 season and decides to withdraw early, then we must receive it in writing by November 1st for the winter season and by February 1st for the spring season regarding this decision so that the player is not charged for the upcoming season. In this case, a player will be charged a $70 early cancellation fee (Difference between season-to-season cost vs. year-round commitment). 
    3. Premature Ending of Season: If a season ends prematurely due to weather or league scheduling changes, the ENTIRE COST FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON according to the dates laid out above is still due.  Team budgets (Coaches’ pay, facility costs, etc.) are based on a full season cycle regardless of when matches are finished for a given season.   
    4. Extended Absence During A Season: If a player chooses to not participate for part of a given season or seasons, the entire seasonal fee in which he/she is participating is still due in full.  Billing is done on a seasonal basis, NOT a monthly or weekly basis, even if a family is paying on a monthly plan for convenience sake. 

Seasonal Competition Fee (Fall, Winter, Spring)

  • TBD (Ranges between $60-$80 per season depending on the season and level of competition)

Tournament/Big Event Competition Fees (1x-3x per year): 

  • The June/Late Spring Tournament is included in players’ spring fees. Any guest players will pay for participation in this tournament. 
  • All other tournaments are paid per tournament and are optional (though strongly encouraged).   
  • Tournament fees can vary between $30-$150 depending on the tournament or event (transportation, housing, and food for out-of-town events would be an additional cost to be communicated ahead of time).

    • If your child loves soccer, then your kiddo will love the VICTORY ACADEMY
    • Includes 1x per week of training on top of his/her normal school team training plus approximately 2x-3x competitive matches against local similar age competitive teams.   
    • The goal is to enable your child to reach his/her fullest potential in the game with Victory’s top and most experienced coaches, as well as prepare him/her to potentially play at a higher and more competitive level in the future in the competitive leagues in Colorado and beyond.

VICTORY CHARACTER CARDS: The Victory Character Cards are an integral part of Victory’s Character Development Program and are used throughout the season for all of our programs, ages 4-12 years old.  They work as a visual guide for and serve as the backbone of our club ethos and values that we trust and expect every member of our entire Victory family (coaches, players, and parents) to understand, memorize, and apply to their soccer experience both on and off the field. For those young players who are just learning to read, we strongly encourage parents to work with their children to learn and memorize the cards when they would not be able to otherwise.     
  2. RETURNING PLAYERS: If you are a returning player and already have the below uniform items and character cards, you do NOT need to purchase anything that you already own (same uniform as in past seasons).  However, if you’d like to replace any of the items your child has lost or has outgrown, then you may do so during registration or by email at any time during the season.
  3. GAME JERSEYS: Victory FC & Academy will provide each player’s competition game jersey, which he/she will use on Saturdays. It will be loaned out at the beginning of the season and then returned at the end of the season.  NOTE: THE FEE FOR A NON-RETURNED-GAME JERSEY AT THE END OF THE SEASON IS $20. If you own your own game jersey from a previous season, you are free to wear it if you’d like (on the basis that you are on the same team as in the previous season).

Victory FC and Ambleside School are excited to offer our exciting soccer program, LITTLE VICTORY, this spring. This program is for little “tikes,” year born 2017-2018, who are just getting rolling in the game. BASIC INFORMATION 

JR. VICTORY (Click for more info) is the recreational soccer program of Victory FC for children ages 5 to 12 years old (generally grades K-6) that includes high-quality training for new and young developing players to the game as well as a fun & exciting soccer league with friends.

  • SPRING SEASON DATES: March  8 – May 15 (approximate end date), 2021 
  • LOCATION: Cherry Hills Christian School
  • TEAMS:
    1. Co-Ed Year Born 2014-2015
    2. Co-Ed Year Born 2012-2013
    3. Boys-Only Team, Years Born 2009-2011
    4. Girls-Only Team Years Born 2009-2011

COVID 19 – Player Safety & Financial Security

  • COVID 19 REFUND/CREDIT GUARANTEE: If Victory FC soccer programs are canceled due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, a refund/credit will be honored as follows from the week that the state or county prohibits athletic activity:
    • Before 1st Training: Full refund or credit towards a future season
    • During 1st week of training: 80% refund/credit
    • After the first week of training, you will be refunded/credited as follows:
      • Week 2: 70% refund/credit
      • Week 3: 60% refund/credit
      • Week 4: 50% refund/credit
      • Week 5: 40% refund/credit
      • Week 6 & Forward: No refund

REQUIRED UNIFORM & MATERIALS 

  • For NEW players:  
    • Uniform (1x Team Game/Training Jersey, 1x Shorts, 1x Socks)

    • Total = $49

Victory FC is partnering with Arma Dei Academy in Highlands Ranch, Colorado to bring our fun and exciting recreational soccer program, JR. VICTORY (Click for program info), to its students and children from the community this fall, 2021. 

BASIC INFORMATION 

  • FALL SEASON DATES:  Saturday, August 28-October 30, 2021 (Weather make-up week will potentially take us through Saturday, November 6)
  • SATURDAY COMPETITION DATES: 
    • August 28: Team Placement Weekend
    • September 4: Off for Labor Day Weekend
    • September 11-October 30 (Make-Up Day-November 5): League Competition 
    • League schedule to be announced by Friday, September 3rd 
  • TRAINING LOCATION: Arma Dei Academy Soccer Field 
  • WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE: 
    • 2012-2015 (Year Born) Tuesdays OR Wednesdays. (We will try to accommodate preference)
