Advanced Teams Program
Fall, 2023 Season

Victory FC is excited to offer its exciting advanced youth developmental soccer program, the Victory Football Academy-Advanced Teams, who are ready to compete at the first exciting level of competitive football (soccer).  It is specifically designed to enable young players to master the fundamentals of the sport and launch them into advanced league competition should in the future if they so choose. Basic Information

Teams Offered & League Competition
  • We will be offering the following ADVANCED VICTORY ACADEMY TEAMS in the Fall, 2023:
    • Boys 2015/2016
  • LEAGUE COMPETITION: Our ADVANCED ACADEMY TEAMS teams will play in the Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) Front Range League. For more information, please email or call the club contact below.
Important Season Dates
  • Fall Dates: August 14-November 11, 2023 (Approximately depending on CSA league schedule and make-up matches due to weather)
    • LEAGUE COMPETITION DATES: 
      • First Saturday League Competition Day: TBD

  • Winter Season, 2023-2024 Futsal Season: December 1, 2023-January 28, 2024
  • Spring Season Training & League Competition Date Window: March 1-June 2, 2024

  • Total Cost For Fall, 2023 Season: $300
    **Payment Plans Available
  • Cost includes
    • All regularly scheduled trainings 2x per week plus a game in season
    • Specialized Technical/Tactical Training with DOC a couple times during the season
    • All CSA league competition fees
  • Player Registration Clarification Policies: 
    • Premature Ending of Season: If a season ends prematurely due to weather or league scheduling changes, the ENTIRE COST FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON according to the dates laid out above is still due.  Team budgets (Coaches’ pay, facility costs, etc.) are based on a full season cycle regardless of when matches are finished for a given season.   
    • Extended Absence During A Season: If a player chooses to not participate for part of a given season or seasons, the entire seasonal fee in which he/she is participating is still due in full.  Billing is done on a seasonal basisNOT a monthly or weekly basis, even if a family is paying on a monthly plan for convenience sake. 
  • Tournament/Big Event Competition Fees (1x-3x per year): 
    • All tournaments are paid per tournament and are optional (though strongly encouraged).   
    • Tournament fees can vary between $30-$150 per player depending on the tournament or event (transportation, housing, and food for out-of-town events would be an additional cost to be communicated ahead of time).

Match Uniform – Information and Cost

MATCH UNIFORM
– Uniform Policy: Each player is required to purchase a new uniform for the 2023-2024 season and wear the game uniform kit.
– Uniform Cycle: This kit is good for a 2-year cycle (July 2023 – July 2025.) New kits will be bought for the entire club in July, 2025.
Game Uniform Package Includes 2x Jersey-Home and Away, Shorts, Socks, Club Backpack
– Cost = $100 (Approximately)

ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE, YOU WILL BE SENT GAME UNIFORM ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS.

RETURNING PLAYERS – Training Uniform and Victory Character Card Information

TRAINING UNIFORM/MATERIALS FOR RETURNING PLAYERS (Those who have played in 2023, not prior):
POLICY: Each player is REQUIRED to wear the Victory Training Uniform Kit (Same as last year) and bring their Character Cards to trainings. If you need any replacement training training gear and/or cards, you can purchase that during registration and/or by contact the Victory Office at the contact information below.

Replacement Uniform/Material Costs For Returning Players:
– Jersey = $20
– Shorts = $15
– Socks = $10
– Victory Character Cards = $5

All New players are required to purchase the one-time $70 new player package and includes the following:

Victory Rush
2023-2024 Season

Victory FC  is partnering with Rush Soccer Club, the largest youth club in the world, to offer our Victory players the opportunity to continue playing together in competitive soccer through our Victory Rush program (Click for general program info), to its students and children from the community.  All teams play against other competitive youth clubs in the CSA (Colorado Soccer Association) Front Range or Advanced Competitive Leagues under the banner of “Victory Rush.”

Training and Match Uniform/Equipment – Information and Cost

VICTORY RUSH TRAINING UNIFORM POLICY & COST (On a 2-Year Cycle July 1, 2023-June 30, 2025):
– Each player is REQUIRED to wear the Victory Rush Training Uniform Kit to trainings and their Victory Rush Match Kit to all games.

For all New Players joining us this season, it is mandatory to purchase the Victory Rush training kit from Capelli. This kit should be worn during all training sessions. The training kit can be purchased when your coach sends out the instructions to the team on ordering uniforms.
New Player – Uniform Package (Includes Victory Rush training kit, match kit, and backpack) = $275 (Approximately)

Returning Players, you can continue using the traditional Victory training kit you have from previous seasons. However, if you decide to purchase the Victory Rush training kit, you can do so when you purchase your child’s match kit. We are phasing out the traditional Victory only training gear by the summer of 2024 and will be moving towards all future uniforms being provided by and purchased from Capelli. Therefore, any replacement gear would have to be ordered directly from Capelli.
Returning Players (who continue to use their previous training gear) – Uniform Package (Includes Victory Rush match kit and backpack) = $225 (Approximately)

The backpack is REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW AND RETURNING PLAYERS.
For Both New and Returning Players, the Victory Rush tracksuit is OPTIONAL = $75 (Approximately)

Colorado Christian Academy

Victory FC and Colorado Christian Academy are excited to offer our exciting soccer program, LITTLE VICTORY, this fallThis program is for little “tikes,” year born 2018-2019 (Must be born by September 1, 2019), who are just getting rolling in the game. This cost is NOT included in the registration fee as these are all 1x per year expenses that the club pays to the liability and equipment companies, and we want to keep costs down as much as possible for those who play in the spring and fall.  Once this is paid the first time a player registers for any program in 2023, it does NOT need to be paid again for the remainder of the calendar year for any future program.

Uniform – For Training and Games

Training Uniform:

Victory FC – Competitive Fees & Flexible Pricing For All Budgets

Victory Football highly values keeping its fees as low and economical as possible for children and their families who are seeking a high-quality recreational and elite soccer program.  We offer programs and attendance options for every family’s budget and a scholarship program (See “Champions Scholarship Fund” below) so that any child from a financially limited background can attend and reach their full potential in the game.

Annual One-Time Registration Fee

There is a non-refundable $20 one-time annual registration fee per player to cover annual liability insurance (which is non-refundable to our liability insurance company) and other similar annual expenses. The fee applies for the given calendar year in which a player participates, and each participant will be charged once per calendar year regardless of how long or in which season they participate.

Uniform & Victory Character Card Fees

All children are expected to wear the Victory shirts, shorts, and socks to all training sessions and games, not their own personal clothing. There is a uniform and Victory Character Card fee separate from the registration and participation fee based on a “per-item-purchase” basis.  Specific costs for uniform and Victory Character Cards are listed on each program page at www.Victory-FC.com.

Refund Policy

If a player has to suddenly withdraw due to an injury or other unforeseen unavoidable reasons, a refund will be honored accordingly:

Spring/Fall Jr. Victory & Little Victory Programs

  • From registration to 1st Training: 20% of the registration fee is non-refundable (80% refunded)
  • Between 1st and 2nd Week: Additional 10% of the registration fee is non-refundable (70% refunded)
  • After 2nd Week, there are NO REFUNDS.

Summer Academy (4x Weeks)

  • From registration to 1st Training: 20% of the registration fee is non-refundable (80% refunded)
  • Between 1st and 2nd Training: Additional 10% of the registration fee is non-refundable (70% refunded)
  • After 2nd Training, there are NO REFUNDS

Summer Camp:

  • From registration to 1st Day: 20% of the registration fee is non-refundable (80% refunded)
  • Between 1st and 2nd Day: Additional 10% of the registration fee is non-refundable (70% refunded)
  • After 2nd Day, there are NO REFUNDS.

Victory Rush Competitive Teams:

If a player has signed up for only one season at a time (Fall, Winter, Spring), then: 

  • From registration to 1st Week of Training for a given season (Fall, Winter, Spring) for which the player is registered: 20% of the registration fee is non-refundable (80% refunded)
  • Between 1st and 2nd Week: Additional 10% of the registration fee is non-refundable (70% refunded)
  • After 2nd Week, there are NO REFUNDS.

If a player has signed up and paid for an entire year, then he/she will be refunded as follows:

  • Any future season(s) after the immediate one will be refunded in full.  For example, if a player registers in the Fall, pays for an entire year, but then withdraws before the beginning of the season, then he/she will be refunded 80% for the fall season and in full for Winter and Spring seasons.  

All refunds are figured from the date that withdrawal is communicated to us in writing.

Credit Policy

If a parent needs to withdraw his/her child from a given program at any time, then he/she may choose to have a CREDIT, as opposed to a refund, up to 80% (minus 20% for administration for the immediate season in which he/she signed-up) can be used for a future Victory FC & Academy program and/or for a Victory Rush competitive team.  A player is pro-rated per week for the amount that he/she participated in the program to be used in a future Victory program.

All credits are figured from the date that withdrawal is communicated to us in writing.

Discount Policy

In general, there are no discounts for any program in Victory FC to ensure that the business can function in a financially solvent way long-term.  We have sought to keep our fees below the market rate compared to other soccer clubs. 

There are NO DISCOUNTS in the following circumstances…….

  1. If training and games are cut short on a given month due to holidays, weather, sickness, illness, etc.
  2. Multiple siblings from one family: If a family is in need of a scholarship due to having more than one sibling in the program, then the parents may apply for a scholarship on the basis there are still funds available.
  3. For coming fewer days than the program for which they signed up.
  4. Absence due to an extended holiday: If a player goes away on holiday for an extended period of time beyond the normal time that Victory is closed.
  5. For other miscellaneous circumstances beyond Victory FC’s control.

Payment Expectations

All parents are responsible for paying all of the above fees for their child(ren) to participate in the program. Children will not be able to participate until the child’s balance is paid.

  • All payments will be made by credit/debit card through Victory FC’s on-line registration and payment system.

“CHAMPIONS” SCHOLARSHIP FUND

  • One of our top values in Victory FC is that our program is available for all children regardless of background or economic situation. Therefore, the “CHAMPIONS” SCHOLARSHIP FUND has been established.
  • For Victory FC to function in a healthy financial way and provide ongoing soccer opportunities for all of the children, Victory FC can only provide funds raised separately from the normal operating budget.
  • Scholarships from the “CHAMPIONS” SCHOLARSHIP FUND are awarded on a needs-basis for families that truly cannot afford monthly fees but still want to participate in the program. Please speak to a Victory FC representative to obtain a scholarship application form.
  • All children receiving a scholarship are expected to pay their $20 registration fee, uniform fee, and the agreed-upon amount of membership fee payment after the scholarship has been awarded. We work on the philosophy that people value what they pay for. Therefore, every family will contribute as much money as possible towards their child’s soccer fees according to what they can afford.
  • Victory FC is always looking for new companies and individuals or who are looking to donate to our “CHAMPIONS” SCHOLARSHIP FUND. If you or your company would like to donate to help us provide a scholarship for underprivileged children, please speak to Aaron Soby, Victory Football Director.

Aspen Academy and Victory FC are excited to offer our exciting soccer program, LITTLE VICTORY. This program is for little “tikes,” year born 2017-2019 (Must be born by May 13, 2019), who are just getting rolling in the game. Victory FC  is partnering with Colorado Rush Soccer Club, the largest youth club in the world based in Littleton, CO, to offer our Victory players the opportunity to continue playing together in competitive soccer through our Victory Rush program (Click for general program info), to its students and children from the community.  All teams play against other competitive youth clubs in the CSA (Colorado Soccer Association) Front Range or Advanced Competitive Leagues under the banner of “Victory Rush.”

PROGRAM COSTS

PLAYER REGISTRATION FEE OPTIONS: 

  • Total For Year (Fall and Spring):
    • If payment is made up front at one time at the beginning of the 2023-2024 Season: $900
    • If payment is made in two installments (Fall & Spring Commitment): 2x$475 = $950
    • If payment is made monthly August-May (10 months): $1000

Player Registration Clarification Policies: 

    1. If a player chooses to play only one season (Spring or Fall), then the cost will be $500 
    2. Cost includes
      • All regularly scheduled trainings 2x per week plus a game in season
      • All CSA league competition fees
      • All equipment and annual membership fees
      • One end of spring tournament fee
    3. Premature Ending of Season: If a season ends prematurely due to weather or league scheduling changes, the ENTIRE COST FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON according to the dates laid out above is still due.  Team budgets (Coaches’ pay, facility costs, etc.) are based on a full season cycle regardless of when matches are finished for a given season.   
    4. Extended Absence During A Season: If a player chooses to not participate for part of a given season or seasons, the entire seasonal fee in which he/she is participating is still due in full.  Billing is done on a seasonal basis, NOT a monthly or weekly basis, even if a family is paying on a monthly plan for convenience sake. 

Tournament/Big Event Competition Fees (1x-3x per year): 

  • The June/Late Spring Tournament is included in players’ spring fees. Any guest players will pay for participation in this tournament. 
  • All other tournaments are paid per tournament and are optional (though strongly encouraged).   
  • Tournament fees can vary between $30-$150 depending on the tournament or event (transportation, housing, and food for out-of-town events would be an additional cost to be communicated ahead of time).
